Meloscope was born from a desire for the intimacy of a small group and the joy of sharing that experience with these musicians. At the heart of the band’s musical journey are the concise yet expressive compositions of drummer and bandleader Peter Danemo—pieces that leave much unsaid, inviting exploration and spontaneity.
We embrace the beauty of unpredictability, finding joy in the moments when things take unexpected turns. So far, we have released three CDs, all of them under the Kopasetic label, Re: Someone Lost, Deluxe and Through The Looking Glass.
