Titled <em data-start=\"328\" data-end=\"333\">Nat<\/em>\u2014the Danish word for &#8220;night&#8221;\u2014the album was released on <strong data-start=\"388\" data-end=\"413\">Kopasetic Productions<\/strong> in May 2010.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Danemo and Lundin first began collaborating in the early 1990s when they founded the <strong data-start=\"515\" data-end=\"540\">Lundin\/Danemo Quartet<\/strong>. The quartet released the widely praised <em data-start=\"582\" data-end=\"614\">Music for Dancers and Dreamers<\/em> on <strong data-start=\"618\" data-end=\"635\">Stunt Records<\/strong> in 1997 and remained highly active until 2001, when the members went their separate ways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In January 2010, their new quintet made its debut at the intimate <strong data-start=\"795\" data-end=\"816\">Glenn Miller Caf\u00e9<\/strong> in Stockholm.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"489\" src=\"http:\/\/danemo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/IMG_6012-Edit_1000px_\u00a9Miki.Anagrius-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-496\" srcset=\"https:\/\/danemo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/IMG_6012-Edit_1000px_\u00a9Miki.Anagrius-2.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/danemo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/IMG_6012-Edit_1000px_\u00a9Miki.Anagrius-2-300x146.jpg 300w, https:\/\/danemo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/IMG_6012-Edit_1000px_\u00a9Miki.Anagrius-2-624x305.jpg 624w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 767px) 89vw, (max-width: 1000px) 54vw, (max-width: 1071px) 543px, 580px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new quintet brings together three generations of Scandinavian jazz. Legendary trumpet player <strong data-start=\"159\" data-end=\"172\">Jan Allan<\/strong> represents the era when Swedish jazz was at its peak in Scandinavia, having played with icons such as Lars Gullin, B\u00f6rje Fredriksson, and Bernt Rosengren, among others. The younger, adventurous generation is represented by the talented pianist <strong data-start=\"417\" data-end=\"434\">Jonas \u00d6stholm<\/strong>, while <strong data-start=\"442\" data-end=\"452\">Danemo<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"454\" data-end=\"464\">Lundin<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"470\" data-end=\"481\">Spering<\/strong> represent the seasoned middle generation. Five artists with remarkable integrity, coming together to form a strong and cohesive collective.
